Governance Forum
Board governance is critical to organizational
effectiveness and success. The Governance Forum is a course that
explores the role of the Board, the duties of its Directors, and
the use of Committees to effectively govern a company. The
Governance Forum has been customized to address the needs of
Central Minnesota companies, both for-profit and non-profit.

Target Audience
The Governance Forum is designed for both for-profit and
non-profit companies that have or plan to create a Board of
Directors or Board of Advisors. The ideal participant is the
Board Chair or future Board Chair, Committee leader, Advisor to
and Partner with Boards.
